Cancellation Policy

Red Ink Solutions Booking Policy Scheduling & Payment Paid services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your appointment is confirmed once payment and booking are complete. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of the service fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. A new booking and payment will be required to schedule another paid session. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your session. Complimentary Consultations Start a Conversation appointments are complimentary 15-minute introductory calls. If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule so the time can be made available to another client. Strategy Intensive The Strategy Intensive includes preparation and review prior to the scheduled session. Once that preparation has begun, the service may no longer be eligible for a full refund. Any completed assessments, roadmaps, or other customized materials are non-refundable. Virtual Appointments Virtual appointments are conducted through Google Meet. Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and joining through the meeting link provided with their booking confirmation.
